MBS innovators place in prestigious Canadian comp!

Congratulations to three MBS students who have placed in the prestigious Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) 'Next Great Innovator Challenge'!

Julia Sevilla, Joel Delmaire and Jacob Hulsbaek were one of five groups selected from a field of top 20 submissions to pitch their innovative concept to a boardroom of senior executives from the RBC.

The students, all of whom attended the Rotman School of Management on exchange in late 2010, were flown back to Toronto by the bank in February to compete in the final of the challenge.

The final result rewarded all their hard work with the team placing as a runner-up. An excellent achievement! Read more...
